The Quarters at Vermillion Located at 1129 Cottage Ave. in Vermillion, The Quarters is a new, resort style housing community designed for USD students. Leasing for the apartments begins Fall 2018 with move in set for Summer 2019.

The first- and second-year residency requirement was waived for the 2020-21 academic year, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. However, based on the direction of the COVID-19 virus and vaccinations in the state/county, and USD's ability to support students on-campus, we are reinstating the residency requirement for first- and second-year students for the 2021-22 academic year.

Living on campus is a great way USD fosters community. I've had a great time meeting new people and creating lifelong friends in the residence halls. I have met so many amazing friends through USD Housing, from Founders to the Vistas to Manchester.
