You have correctly described a lock-off and a dedicated. You should have no problem getting either at 11 months out but if you want standard view at BLT make sure you reserve exactly 11 months out because those can go fast. SSR will be open at 7 months out, BCV possibly but risk it could be full because it is holiday time.

The difference between a lock-off and a dedicated is this: a lock-off is a one bedroom and a studio with a door in between and each side has it's own entrance into the room from the hall. A dedicated room is one entrance. In a lock-off you also have a kitchenette in the studio room. There is a queen size bed and pull out couch in the studio section.
